We never ask for or store your SHEIN account password, and we never store your bank card details. Browsing SHEIN inside the app happens in an isolated web view, and payment happens directly between you and the store.

To fulfil your order and deliver it, to contact you about its status, to improve the app, and to prevent abusive use. We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Only with the store you choose, and only as much as it needs to fulfil your order: your name, your phone number, your delivery address, and the contents of your order. Other stores see none of it. The platform team does not look at your data except for support or when there is a dispute.

You can turn notifications off from the account screen at any time. Turning them off does not stop you from following your order's status inside the app.

We keep your account data for as long as the account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and your addresses are removed; completed order records remain in a form that does not identify you, because they are part of the store's accounting record.

You may see your data, correct it, and ask for your account to be deleted. Account deletion is available directly inside the app, from the account screen, and you can also reach support about anything concerning your data.

Data travels over an encrypted connection, and passwords are stored in a form that cannot be reversed. Administrative access is limited to the people who need it for their work.

The app is intended for people aged eighteen or over, or for use under a guardian's supervision.
